Can I exchange an "in-store pickup" order?Updated 5 months ago

Yes, if you need to replace an item for whatever reason, you may do it in the shop you selected for pickup.

In-store exchanges are allowed if:

• the cost of the new item is equal to or more than the cost of the original: online purchases are not eligible for partial refunds or modification.
• the substitute product is actually present in that specific shop.

 Please note

Products exchanged in the shop may no longer be returned or exchanged.
