Yes, it's really simple to pick an order up in-store; just be sure it's available.

 Add the product to the cart and before confirming the purchase select the "Pick up" delivery method (1) and then choose the pickup location you prefer the most (2):

 In-store pickup is only available in participating Italian shops.
