What can I do if I didn't receive the order confirmation e-mail?Updated a year ago
In case you did not receive the order confirmation e-mail, we suggest:
Checking your spam folder;
Checking which e-mail address you used to place the order;
If you used PayPal Express Checkout to pay, please check your PayPal e-mail;
Make sure your payment was successful (see Why can't I see the order that seems already paid?)
Check your account and make sure your order has been placed on k-way.com.
