What are the return conditions?Updated 19 days ago

To request a return, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be made within 30 days of the order delivery.

The product must:

• Be new and never worn, only tried on;
• Not have been washed;
• Still have the original tag attached (it must not have been removed);
• Have no accidental damage;
• Be free of defects; if the item is defective, you should file a claim (see What should I do if I received a defective item?).

The return process will be completed with the issuance of a refund within 14 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from the date the item is received at our warehouse.

⚠ Attention! If the returned item does not meet the conditions listed above, the return will be rejected by our returns department. In this case, you will be responsible for collecting the item, and no refund will be issued.
