The following requirements must be met in order to request a return:
it must be submitted within 30 days* following the order's delivery.
The item must:
be brand new, never worn, and merely tried on**;
not to be washed;
still bear the tag;
have no unintentional damage;
be free of flaws; in this case you'll have to fill a complaint (see What should I do if I received a defective item?)
**
underwear and beachwear must be tried on wearing ones' own underwear.
Submitting a return that does not meet the above criteria will result in its rejection by the returns department; in this case, you will be responsible for retrieving the items and will not be eligible for a reimbursement. |
