What should I do if I received a defective item?Updated 5 months ago

If you found any defects in one or more of the items you ordered, please contact us immediately no later than 30 days from receiving the parcel. We'll take back your item and it will be treated as a return.

By contacting us please provide:

  • Order number and product's code;
  • A picture of the whole product;
  • A picture of the defect;
  • A picture of the product's label (make sure Serial Number is visibile)

We will provide you with all instructions for handling the claim along with the steps on how to proceed with the return.

Please note

We do not make exchanges of the items so if you wish, you can buy the product back.
