Refunds are made only on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

The refund amount must be calculated net of any discounts applied during the purchase: if you buy a € 100.00 item with a 10% discount, you will receive the € 90.00 you paid and not the total value of the product.

 Shipping fees are refunded upon a return of the whole order; in case of partial return, they will not be refunded.

It is not possible, in any case, to request a refund on a payment method other than the one you used.
